An intergenerational community dance company made up of of Wake Forest students, children from the WF Community Ballet program, older adults living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners, and local professional dancers, performed The Orphée Project: An evening of Intergenerational Dance and Music in Brendle Recital Hall, part of the Music Carolina festival on Saturday. The concert was co-choreographed by Wake Forest professors Jessie Laurita-Spanglet and Christina Soriano, with Philip Glass’s Orphee Suite for piano performed live by Yong Im Lee Federle.
